Before Submitting Your Project
Please ensure your submission meets the following guidelines to help us process and evaluate it efficiently.
1-Original, Registered Works Only
We only accept original scripts, treatments, or synopses that are registered.
2-Adaptations of Published Works If your script is based on a published book and you do not own
the rights, please email us detailing your relationship with the book’s rights holder.
3-Submitting Works
Once your script is registered, simply email us at spectacularstudiolx@gmail.com with the subject line “[Registration Code] – [Your Script Title]”. We will only read works that have been registered in advance, in English or Portuguese.
4-What happens next?
After submitting your project, our team will review it carefully. Within 30 days, you’ll receive a feedback summary from us, including our initial thoughts and any suggestions for moving forward. We aim to offer constructive insights, regardless of the outcome.
If we feel your project aligns well with our vision, we may also reach out with options for the next steps in the development or production process. Due to volume, we’re unable to offer detailed feedback on every project, but you will hear from us.
5- Formatting Requirements
Please ensure your submission follows industry-standard formatting. Submit your work as a PDF, including the Registration Code of your feature script, pilot, treatment or synopsis.
Submission of your project does not imply or guarantee production, representation, or development. Our team will review all submissions with care, but submission alone does not secure any further steps in the development process.
By submitting, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to all material, and your work does not infringe on existing copyrights unless noted. If your submission is based on pre-existing work, please disclose this, and provide details about your relationship to the rights holder.
Your privacy is important to us. Submitted materials and personal information will be securely stored and only used for review purposes. We do not share your information without your consent.
